Once the Service Engagement team profiles have been completed, the Engagement Manager or Engagement Leads should
complete resource requests that are then submitted to the resourcing organization, who can then start the process of
looking for suitable candidates.
The resourcing organization will use the submitted information to search Capgeminiās internal resource and availability
databases, looking for suitable candidates that meet the Service Engagement resource requirements. The resourcing
organization will then provide a list of resource profiles (internal CVs) for those candidates that satisfy or provide
a best possible fit with the resource criteria defined in the resource request.
In some cases, it might not be possible to identify suitable candidates from within the local Capgemini unit. After
consultation with the Engagement Manager, the resourcing organization will search alternative sources, such as:

Other Capgemini units.

Capgemini partners (alliances).

External resource providers (contractors).
